Personal Project

I have been working on my own data analytics project utilising the health metric data available to me using Fitbit API connected to my account. Using this data I have been looking at trends in my health metrics, including: resting heart rate (RHR), heart rate variablity (HRV), and temperature variation and how these are indicators of my health, based on my subjective experience.
